What Is Dust?
Dust is an enterprise platform for building AI agents grounded in company data. Its positioning is aimed at what it calls "AI Operators" — the person inside a company who builds an agent, deploys it and runs it for a team, rather than waiting for a tool to be handed to them.
The product connects to sources like Slack, Notion, GitHub and Drive, lets you assemble custom agents with skills and tools on top of that knowledge, and runs multi-agent workflows on schedules and triggers. The company raised a $40M Series B in May 2026 and reports more than 3,000 teams on the platform.

Monthly billing is higher (€30 and €150). The self-serve Business plan is capped at 100 people, three connectors, five Spaces and five remote MCP servers; past that it is Enterprise, contact-sales. Credits are consumed per message according to the model and the tools the agent invokes, and — in Dust's own words — each seat's allocation "resets at the start of every billing period". Unused credits do not carry over.
What Is Fleece AI?
Fleece AI is an AI workforce platform. You describe an outcome in plain language, and an agent works out which of 3,000+ connected applications to read from and write to, executes the steps, and shows you every one of them. A manager agent can split a goal across specialist sub-agents, up to three levels deep, and merge their work back into a single answer.

Where Dust Is Genuinely Stronger
Model choice. Twenty-plus models, from five vendors, and its pricing page is explicit that no model is locked behind a higher plan — a stronger model simply consumes more credits.
