Pricing Questions
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 AI agent, 2 active flows, and 200 credits per month with no credit card required. You get access to GPT-5.2 (Eco Mode), 3 connected integrations, and 3-day execution history. There is no time limit — use the free tier for as long as you want, and upgrade only when you need more agents, executions, or premium models.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
When you reach your monthly credit limit, your agents and flows will pause until the next billing cycle. You will not be charged overage fees. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your credit allowance. Pro includes 5,000 credits per month, and Business includes 25,000 credits per month.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts. Yearly plans offer a 20% discount and can also be canceled — you keep access for the remainder of the prepaid year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Fleece AI uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in EUR, with approximate conversions displayed for other currencies. Enterprise customers can request invoicing and bank transfer options.
