Pricing Questions
Can I try Fleece AI before paying?
Yes. The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial with 1,000 credits. You get 3 agents, 5 flows, 20+ essential integrations, Mistral Medium 3.1, custom skills & knowledge files, and 30-day execution history. After the trial, the Starter plan is €49/month (€39/month billed yearly).
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
When you reach your monthly credit limit, your agents and flows will pause until the next billing cycle. You will not be charged overage fees. You can purchase credit add-ons (1,000 credits for €5, 5,000 for €20, 15,000 for €50, or 50,000 for €150) or upgrade your plan at any time. Pro includes 8,000 credits per month, and Business includes 20,000 credits per month.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts. Yearly plans offer a 20% discount and can also be canceled — you keep access for the remainder of the prepaid year.
What payment methods do you accept?
Fleece AI uses Stripe for secure payment processing. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All prices are in EUR, with approximate conversions displayed for other currencies. Enterprise customers can request invoicing and bank transfer options.
