By accessing or using Fleece AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

Fleece AI is a delegative AI workspace and automation platform that lets users assign tasks to autonomous AI agents and connect workflows to third-party applications.

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

• Do not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Do not engage in fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or malicious activity.
• Do not interfere with the Service, reverse engineer it, bypass controls, send spam, or resell access without consent.

Fleece AI owns the Service, including its design, features, code, and platform content. You retain ownership of content you create or upload and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

Third-party integrations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

AI-generated outputs may contain errors or incomplete information. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them or taking action.

Paid features are billed through Stripe. Fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our refund policy. Failed payments may result in suspension or downgrade.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleece AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
