Withdraw from your contract
You have 14 days from the day your contract was concluded to withdraw from it, without giving a reason and without penalty. Submit your declaration below — you will receive a dated acknowledgement by email straight away.
What withdrawal does
- Your contract ends immediately — this is not a cancellation at the end of the period.
- Any amount you paid is refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If you asked for immediate access when you subscribed, a proportional amount for the service supplied up to your declaration is retained.
- Your account stays open on the free plan; your agents and data are not deleted.
Withdrawal or cancellation?Withdrawal unwinds the contract and refunds you, and is only open in the first 14 days. Cancellation stops the renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for. Both are available to you.
